QUARTER FINAL
11^TH JANUARY 2009

LYDE PANTHERS 1 ILCHESTER HAMMERS 1

AET - LYDE PANTHERS WIN 2-0 ON PENALTIES

James High scored in the first 10 minutes. It was a bit cold at the start.The Panthers was against the Ilchester Hammers.It turned up at half time 1-1! It was the second half and it was still 1-1. It was very near the end of football! It’s still 1-1 and the final whistle has been blown. The Panthers are now straight into extra time.If no team scores in extra time the Panthers face penalties.GO PANTHERS GO!!! The Panthers got on to penalties. James.T saved all of them..he is the best! Matthew scored and Brad.The Hammers goalkeeper saved one of the Panthers ! Everyone was cheering on as loud as they could because the Panthers were winning. When I got home my shoes was muddy. And we put the fire on because we was very cold. Dad and Oliver had a shower because they was so muddy there was even some mud on the carpet,poor mummy! Dad made some soup for dinner. At football there was so many people there it was like you was at Yeovil town football club!! And if the boys get to the final they play at Yeovil Town f.c but the boys are very near the final because they are in the semi final! I was very tired when I came home from football because I had a very long day because I waked up at 8:00 this morning !!! I’m happy that Matthew got man of the match because he played very well…he was so exited he dropped the cup!!!!!
GO PANTHERS GO!!!
